Her consultations include diet, lifestyle, body mind, sleeping, stress management, physical exercise, supplementation and other services. She conducts her consultations through face-to-face meetings or online video conferences, from which she gets to know her clients’ health conditions and concerns as well as their lifestyle and habits. Her clients answer a questionnaire on the symptoms they have in the past three months. Ms. Lu writes reports and recommendations for her clients based on the information she gets from the meetings and the questionnaire answered by her clients, together with a 3-day food journal including one day on weekend recorded by her client after the first meeting.
