个人简介

       浙江大学建筑工程学院教授、博士生导师(城乡规划学、建筑学专业),浙江大学公共管理学院兼聘教授、博士生导师(城市管理、土地资源管理专业),浙江大学土地与国家发展研究院研究员,浙江大学城乡规划理论与技术研究所所长,浙江大学区域与城市发展研究中心副主任,浙江大学新型城镇化研究中心副主任,Elsevier国际期刊Journal of Urban Management副主编,中国城市规划学会理事,中国建筑学会城市设计分会理事,中国城市科学研究会大数据专业委员会委员,浙江省特色小镇研究会常务理事,中华建设管理研究会规划管理学术委员会副主任委员。曾就读于清华大学建筑学院建筑系,获建筑学学士学位;清华大学建筑学院城市规划系,获工学硕士学位;日本东京大学都市工学系,获博士学位。2007年10月进入浙江大学公共管理学院土地管理系工作,2014年9月开始在浙江大学建筑工程学院区域与城市规划系工作。曾在加拿大多伦多大学和韩国首尔国立大学访学研究。
       
       曾连续多年被评为“浙江大学优秀德育导师”,并荣获“第三届中国城市规划学会青年科技奖”、“浙江省首届五星级青年教师”、“浙江省之江青年社科学者”、“浙江大学第六届教书育人先进个人”和“浙江大学求是青年学者”等称号,以及华夏建设科学技术奖一等奖、金经昌中国城市规划学会优秀论文奖和中国风景园林学会优秀风景园林规划设计一等奖等奖项。

       韩昊英的主要研究领域为城市规划决策和复杂理论,以及城市增长边界和绿带等城市发展容控工具的实证研究。已发表学术期刊和国际会议论文100余篇,出版著作6部。主要研究成果发表在Environment and Planning B: Planning and Design、Land Use Policy、Landscape and Urban PlanningCitiesHabitat InternationalSustainabilitySpace and Culture等国际著名学术期刊以及《城市规划》、《城市规划学刊》、《地理学报》和《中国土地科学》等国内知名学术期刊上。曾出版题目为Urban Complexity and Planning: Theories and Computer Simulations(Michael Batty院士和Lewis Hopkins教授等国际权威专家作序,Ashgate国际出版社出版)、《城市增长边界的理论与应用》、《行为规划理论:城市规划的新逻辑》和《复杂:城市规划的新观点》等专著,以及题目为《社会为何如此复杂:用新科学应对二十一世纪的挑战》和《融入未来:预测、情境、规划和个案》等译著。还曾在纽约时报中文网、中国青年报和浙江日报上发表多篇时事评论文章。

       主持国家自然科学基金课题3项和省部级课题多项,包括浙江省省级国土空间规划的浙江省重要控制线和主要空间管控(2019年)、基于城乡规划的电网设施空间布局模式研究(2018年)、优化钱塘江规划建设推进杭州拥江发展的建议(2017年)、杭州主城区非核心功能疏解规划(2017年)、特色小镇模式研究(2017)、杭州建设世界名城的文化景观发展策略研究(2015-2016年)、杭州市城市增长边界划定研究(2015-2016年)、构建杭州世界名城发展方略研究(2015年)。

Haoying Han is full professor in the Zhejiang University (ZJU) College of Civil Engineering and Architecture (in the major of urban and rural planning), adjunct professor in the ZJU College of Public Affairs (in the majors of land resource management and urban management). He is the director of the ZJU Institute of Urban and Rural Planning Theories and Technologies, vice director of the ZJU Center for Urban and Regional Development Studies, vice director of the ZJU Center for New Urbanism Studies, associate editor of Journal of Urban Management (Elsevier journal, ESCI), councilor of the Urban Planning Society of China, councilor of the Urban Design Branch of Architecture Planning Society of China, councilor of the Big Data Committee of the Chinese Society for Urban Studies, councilor of the Zhejiang Province Research Association for Characteristic Towns, and the vice chair of the planning management academic board of the Chinese Research Institute of Construction Management (CRIOCM). He received his B. Arch. and M. E. (in urban planning and design) degrees from Tsinghua University and Ph. D. degree from the University of Tokyo. He is also the visiting professor to University of Toronto (2018- 2019) and visiting scholar to Seoul National University (2013-2014). 

He has been awarded Urban Planning Society of China Youth Science and Technology Award (2017, given to planning scholars and practitioners under 40, and only to six people every two years nationwide), Hua-Xia Construction Science and Technology Award First Prize (2012), Zhejiang Province Five-Star Young Teacher (2012), China Landscape Architecture Excellent Planning and Design Award First Prize (2011), Zhejiang Province Zhi-jiang Young Scholar (2011), Zhejiang University Advanced Individual in Impacting Knowledge and Educating People (2012), Zhejiang University Qiu-Shi Young Scholar (2011), Outstanding Advisor for Graduate Students (2010, 2011 and 2012), and Urban Planning Society of China Jinjingchang Best Paper Award (2010).

His research is focused on theories of urban complexity and planning decision making, and the empirical studies of urban containment tools including urban growth boundaries and greenbelts. He is author of many academic papers published on peer-reviewed international journals, including Environment and Planning B: Planning and Design, Landscape and Urban Planning, Land Use Policy, Cities, Habitat International, Sustainability, etc. He is also author of several influential books, including Urban Complexity and Planning: Theories and Computer Simulations, Theories and Applications of Urban Growth Boundaries (in Chinese), Behavioral Planning Theory: A New Logic of Urban Planning (in Chinese) and Complexity: The New Perspectives of Urban Planning (in Chinese).

He is the principle investigator of three national-level researches funded by China National Natural Science Foundation. He is also an active planning practitioner, helping provincial and local governments to establish and improve their urban development strategies and policies. Such local projects led by him include Territory Development Plan for Zhejiang Province—Important Control Lines and Control of Primary Space (2019), Spatial Distribution of Power Facilities Based on Urban and Rural Planning in Zhejiang Province (2018), Strategies to Develop the Qiantang Riverside Area of Hangzhou (2017), Plan for the Evacuation of the Non-Core Functions of Hangzhou (2017), Development Models for the Characteristic Towns (2017), Strategies to Preserve and Utilize the Cultural Landscapes of Hangzhou (2015-2016) , Demarcation of Urban Growth Boundaries in Hangzhou (2015), Strategies to Develop Hangzhou as a World-famous City (2015), etc.
